Who can use the e-Factoring platform?

The platform is designed for Corporate clients who wish to optimize their payment terms with suppliers, as well as companies that issue invoices to business clients and aim to improve cash flow.

Do I need to install an app to use the platform?

No. The platform is fully online and accessible through a browser—no additional software or licenses required.

How can I upload invoices to the platform?

You can upload invoices individually or in bulk in the format agreed with the bank.
Invoice details can also be exported directly from your ERP system (e.g., 1C, SAP, Navision) using an API provided by the bank.

Can I upload invoices directly from 1C or another ERP to the e-Factoring platform?

Yes. You can export an Excel file from your company’s ERP system and upload it directly to the platform. This option provides fast integration and ease of use.

How long until the money reaches my account?

Once invoice details are uploaded, approval happens in just a few minutes, and the funds are transferred quickly, without delay.
* Invoices are processed during business hours on working days. Those uploaded outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

Can I track the status of invoices and funding?

Yes. The platform offers real-time monitoring of each invoice’s status, access to transaction history, and multiple reporting tools.

Is the service secure?

Yes. The platform is developed according to the highest standards of digital security.

Is there a limit to the amount or number of invoices?

No. Invoices of any amount and in unlimited quantities are accepted as long as they are within the agreed factoring contract value.
