We inform you that by decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova, the primary dealer status of OTP Bank S.A. has been suspended for 3 months, starting from April 28, 2026.

During this period the bank will not be able to accept purchase orders of government securities at auctions or conclude new contracts with clients.

At the same time, clients holding government securities maturing within the specified period will receive funds into their accounts in the usual manner.
