How to enroll your card in Apple Wallet?

To enroll from iPhone:

- Open the OTP Mobile Banking app
- Access the "Cards" section
- Select your card account
- Click the "Add to Apple Wallet" button
- Follow the on-screen instructions

To enroll from iPhone and Smart Watch*

- Open the Apple Wallet app
- Press the "+" button
- Select the "Debit or Credit Card" option
- Hold the card against the back of your phone
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- Enter the verification code received via SMS to the phone number registered with the bank or allow your phone to enter it automatically.
- Set your OTP Bank Visa card as your default card and enjoy fast and secure payments

To enroll from iPhone, iPad and Mac

- Open your Apple device settings
- Go to Wallet & Apple Pay
- Click "Add Card" in the Payment Cards section
- Select the "Debit or credit card" option
- Enter your OTP Bank Visa card details (card number, expiration date and CVV)
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- Enter the verification code received by SMS to the phone number registered with the bank or allow your phone to enter it automatically.
- Set your OTP Bank Visa card as your default card and enjoy fast and secure payments

How to pay with Apple Pay

In stores

  • To pay with your iPhone, simply double-click the lock button, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or passcode, bring the phone close to the payment terminal and wait for the payment confirmation message.
  • To pay with the Smart Watch, you need to double-click the lock button and bring the watch close to the payment terminal.

Online or in apps

When shopping online or in apps, tap the button Apple Pay, confirm the requested information, then authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID or passcode.

What are the transaction limits for Apple Pay?

Apple Pay transaction limits are identical to physical card limits.

What happens when my card expires?

If your card expires, a new card is automatically issued and the card details are also automatically updated in Apple Pay after the new card is activated.

How do I change/modify my default card in Apple Pay?

1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your Apple device

2. Tap and hold the card you want to set as your default card

3. Move the card in front of your other cards

How do I view my transaction history through Apple Pay?

1. Open the Apple Wallet app on your Apple device

2. Tap the card whose history you want to view to see a list of the most recent transactions

3. Tap any transaction to see more details about it or to report a problem

What should I do if I change my phone/gadget?

If you change your phone/gadget, you will need to add your OTP Bank cards to Apple Pay again. Make sure, however, that you have deleted all cards from the old phone/gadget.

What do I do if I have problems enrolling my card in Apple Pay?

What do I do if my device has been stolen or lost?

To ensure that no one can use your Apple device but you, you have several security tools at your disposal, such as:

1. Authorize every purchase with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode
2. Marking your device as lost to automatically disable Apple Pay on your device
3. By calling Contact Center at +373 22 256 456 to suspend or remove cards from Apple Pay
